Notice is hereby given to all concerned that Smt. Anju Bala wife of Shri Nand Kishor Mittal (DIN 07589909), who was in the service of the Symbroj Media Private Limited (“the Company”) as Directors of the Company has been removed and disassociated by the Company and are NO MORE IN SERVICE of the Company with effect from 15th June, 2017 and she has NO authority whatsoever to transact any business or to receive any money or to act in any way for and on our behalf.
It may please be noted that if any one deals with her or with her husband, will be doing so at their own risk and we shall not be liable or responsible for the same.
