Notice for postponement of Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT due to concurrence of certain unforeseen circumstances the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Symbroj Media Private Limited (the Company) earlier scheduled to be held on Sunday, the 21st May of 2017 at 10:30am in postponed and will now be held on Thursday, 15th June 2017 at 1600 hours (04.00PM) at Plot #64, Gyan Khand-I, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201014 (Uttar Pradesh) to transact the same business as given in the earlier Notice, dated 11th May 2017.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to the members due to the postponement of the EGM.
